Kylie Jenner has broken a world record by becoming the first woman to reach 300 million Instagram followers.
Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger founded Instagram, a photo and video sharing social networking site. Facebook Inc. bought the service for for $1 billion in cash and equity in April 2012.
Despite the fact that most of her friends do not like to post much on Instagram, Kylie Kristen Jenner, an American media personality, socialite, model, and businesswoman, tries her hardest and posts once in a while, she recently reached a huge milestone on the platform.
Jenner has reached 300 million Instagram followers, with a total of 301,301,790, putting her in a comfortable lead over Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez, both of whom have 289 million followers. Kim Kardashian comes in second with 279 million followers, followed by Beyoncé, who has 232 million followers on the network.
Kylie Jenner is currently the second most followed person on Instagram, with 301 million followers, after Cristiano Ronaldo, a Portuguese professional player with 389 million followers.
Kristen Mary Jenner, an American media personality, socialite, and businesswoman who also happens to be Kylie’s mother, stated she is’so proud of my kid’ after the former became the world’s first woman to reach 300 million Instagram followers.
