$60K for Coach Milo and $30k each for Blackstars’ 28 man squad if Ghana beats Comoros today

Each player will receive $30,000 as a winning bonus if Ghana Blackstars defeat Comoros in their final group game in the ongoing 2021 AFCON campaign in Cameroon today.

Coach Milo, on the other hand, will get double the player’s winning bonus, bringing his total to $60,000.

Ghana’s chances of moving to the next round of the current tournament are minimal after a loss to Morocco and a point from a draw with Gabon.

Before the start of the AFCON, Mustapha Ussif, the Minister for Youth and Sports, stated that the Black Stars will require $25 million for the AFCON 2022 and World Cup campaigns.

This was revealed during a breakfast meeting between state-owned company CEOs and Corporate Ghana.

These organizations discussed ways to raise funding for the Blackstars team in order to compete in competitions where Ghana is currently trailing.
