Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency and Parliament’s Majority Leader, has finally addressed what happened at his birthday party and who gave him the E-levy cake.

On Okay FM with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, Hon. Osei Mensah said that his wife presented him a cake that was not designed in a “E-levy” style.

He remembered that after he had finished cutting his wife’s birthday cake, a friend had also handed him a birthday cake in the shape of E-levy.

He (Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu) is often talking about E-levy, according to him, which is why his purported friend made the cake in such a shape.

When probed for the identification of the person who sent the cake, Hon Osei Kyei Mensah disclosed that the sender is a well-known businessman who does not want his identity revealed since it might ruin his career.
