The Accra Hearts Of Oak football club has successfully signed Samuel Inkoom. This is official and confirmed news.
It will be recalled that in March of this year, Kwame Opare Addo, the Communications Director for Accra Hearts of Oak, stated that if Samuel Inkoom impresses the technical team, the club will sign him.
Torpedo Kutaisi, a 32-year-old free agent who returned to Ghana earlier this year following the expiration of his contract with his European club, was photographed practicing with the Phobias (Accra Hearts Of Oak).
Accra Hearts Of Oak welcome Samuel Inkoom to the team.
Samuel Inkoom has officially joined the reigning Ghana Premier League winners Accra Hearts of Oak, signing a one-year contract with the club.
Former Ghana Under 20 World Cup winner and firmer Black Stars defender, he was once an Asante Kotoko defender who played for them in the 2008-2009 season. Many expected him to return to Kotoko, but that did not happen.
After confirming Sulley Muntari’s signing in February, Samuel Inkoom will be the club’s second high-profile acquisition this season.
As you are all know, Hearts of Oak will be welcomed by their right-hand opponents, the Asante Kotoko SC of Kumasi, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, April 10th, 2022.
It’s unclear whether Inkoom will play against his former club or not; we’ll have to wait and see.
